Who is Hope
Hope is an AEA Stage Manager show recently made her NYC debut as the Production Stage Manager of Off-Broadway’s Who’s Your Baghdaddy? or How I Started the Iraq War (NY Times Critics’ Pick and Off-Broadway Alliance nominee for Best New Musical) and followed it with Once Upon A Pastime at White Plains Performing Arts. DC credits include PSM on Studio Theatre’s of Hand to God, The Gospel of Lovingkindness and Milk Like Sugar (Mosaic Theatre Company), The No Rules Sketch Show (Signature Theatre), A House of Glass (Arena Stage), the workshop of Lights Rise on Grace (Woolly Mammoth Theatre), and Awake and Sing (Olney Theatre Center). She has been the PSM for the inaugural production of the Baltimore CenterStage Mobile Unit with Endgame, as well as the PSM on the National Tours of Rock of Ages (National and International), My Fair Lady and Young Frankenstein, as well as Studio Theatre’s The Big Meal, Imagination Stage’s Wake Up, Brother Bear, and F#@king Up Everything and Bully at Capital Fringe. She worked previously as Resident and Touring Stage Manager for Honolulu Theatre for Youth and Associate Production Manager on Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey’s Bellobration. She was also the director on The Little Crane and the Long Journey at Capital Fringe 2015. Upcoming: Our Town, directed by Aaron Posner at Olney Theatre Center.
Hope was pleased to be a part of Ally’s inaugural production. She has previously done sound design for Nu Sass Productions’ No Exit, 22 Boom, Stone Tape Party, and the Helen Hayes recommended Marx in Soho.
